Yikes! Just checked all my car fluids and saw that my coolant was empty..glad I filled it up in time. Phew!

Why would you check every time you gas up? The engines gonna shoot hot water in your face check every couple months and when it's not pressurized / cold engine

In case you want to check water or coolant level in your car when engine is hot, just open your radiator cap with a cloth when the engine is running it will not splash hot water on you and you can add water or coolant into it, if engine is off and hot it will splash on you don't do it
