Former Michigan governor among several officials to face charges for Flint crisis

Former Michigan Governor Rick Snyder is among several former officials expected to face criminal charges in the Flint water crisis. Residents say they are hopeful for convictions but remain skeptical. Adriana Diaz has the latest developments.
