Uh thats definitely practical, when was in college I took a ton of my lunches in glass jars because they would fit in my backpack. Could take this wherever and then just dump it into a bowl or plate. So smart!

I’ve learned to add cukes when I’m ready to eat. Somehow they get slimy. My late husband and I used to work together in the kitchen to cut layer stuff and sometimes vacuum seal quarts of salads. I have pictures of him and one of myself with our aprons on. He loved wearing aprons with big flowers. I miss him so very much. Thanks for posting this. Such sweet memories….ten years ago…

As a busy, young mom who is trying to meal prep, I love this. Not everyone has multiple fridges/freezers and this looks like a way better option than my big bento salad container. If I don’t meal prep I just eat the scraps from my kids meals usually 😅

I’m from Boston and there is a target that I shop at that sells salads in a jar all different varieties from chipotle to southwestern to Asian. they called them farmers salads they’re in plastic mason jars. the best invention they are so delicious especially when I’m on the road working I’ll grab one and have it in the car pull over and have all my veggies they’re amazing so who cares what other people think.
