PSLE Maths Series - EP 48 Speed and Time

Question:
The tortoise and the hare had a race this morning at 10am. The distance covered was 75km. The hare went off at a speed of 50m/s while the tortoise went off at a speed of 15m/s.
What is the longest amount of time that the hare can rest, in order to reach at the same time?
