In a single line chart race, how do I make the y-axis scale up, when the data value increases, but not scale down, when the value decreases. Because right now the y-axis is wobbling up and down (with dynamic y-axis turned on), which makes it hard to watch. Turning dynamic y-axis off does not help, because then the y axis does not scale upwards.

What can be done to have the names on the left side fully visible? At 3:26 we only see a part of "North Carolina". I have the same issue.
