Gingerbread Cookie Recipe (I doubled this recipe in the video)

All ingredients at room temperature
360g - 380g plain flour (cake flour / all purpose flour)
1 tbsp grounded ginger
½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking soda
80g brown sugar
125g butter
120g golden syrup or dark + light corn syrup
1 medium egg
