I think the one with shiny leaves is Micans. Philodendron hederaceum 'Micans'. Fussy petiole has really “hairy” petiols.
And p. Burle Marx grow pattern is different than what you got so it’s not that for sure.

Definitely a Philodendron Fuzzy Petiole but the other one isn’t a Philodendron Burle Marx. The growth pattern on a Burle Marx is different from the plant you got, as well as the leaves are more cupped on the edges not ruffled.
