Enfj here trying to develop my weakest shadow function
1. Visualise a sequence of events and then execute the visual
2. Combine activities for efficiency
3. Whatever you can do in five minutes do it now

Sounds like mindfulness and intentionality can help. If you are mindful and intentional, you will be more cognizant of what is occurring in the present and what can be made more effective or efficient.

2. Bundle activities ( making the best of resources or killing 2 birds with one stone )
3. Whatever you can do within 5 minutes. Do It Now

I'm an ENFP but I'm new to the Meyers-Briggs personality types. It's really interesting, though, because I do the movie thing. Some time ago I began picturing sequences of events in my mind and found that it helps me to stay a step ahead of things. It has helped me at work a great deal. It's second nature to me now. I anticipate things that others do not and am better prepared. Also, bunching chores - I do this as well and I am MUCH more efficient when I do it. One problem I sometimes have, though, is after having an especially efficient outting, I will feel wiped out but very pleased with myself for having accomplished so much. However, then I think that I won't have to do anything like that again for a while, and will fall behind on chores again. The 5 minute tip sounds like a good idea. I'm going to do it! Thanks for posting! 😀

The five minutes advice was really important..
Because it takes just a minute, I always think.I have time to do.it, and I procrastinate..

Yo Reggie this video was great! Im an ENFP too, trying to develop my Te skills, and I realize now that the movie making thing really worked for me - but only for shorter term goals - i.e. things that can be achieved within a single day. Across a longer time frame e.g. 1 month or 1 year, things start to get a lot more challenging. How can I maintain that Te magic across longer time periods? thanks in advance!

Thank you for your advices! They seem potentially helpful and you explained them with clarity and a smile so I'm pleased :) (>INFP trying to level their last function)

ENTP here. T(i) makes this easy to comprehend, although I am sure the only road into T(e) is through S(i), I will come back to this video at some point to report my progress ( hopefully )

I think the first tip doesn’t work too well for the NFPs. I think for NFPs it would be better for them think of the events in a more Si way, such as writing a checklist of things to do. Of course I’m not an Si user so that may not be effective, but I’ve heard from an INFP(Calypso from Casual Cognition) that creating a vision in her head like self help books say to do stresses her out and was intended for Ni users.

Asking out of curiosity if anyone knows about the first tip: Is the visualization of sequence of tasks just a helpful tip for extraverted thinking weaklings, or is it also how personalities with extaverted thinking as strengths actually think? When they perform the first part of the sequence, do they feel an urge to complete the whole sequence to feel satisfaction/avoid anxiety? Kind of like the opposite of procrastination, and would explain how those types get things done. But don’t know if that’s whats happening in their head, thus asking

Mr. Reggi, can you suggest any game simulations to develop data analyzing skills in economics? Numbers always scattered my brain, is it a Si problem? Or am i not that bright XD? I'm an enfp in the bachelor science of economics. thanks in advance.
