In this video, I do an unboxing of the FOREIGNER Complete Atlantic Albums 1977-1991 UNBOXING
Rhino celebrates the band's prolific tenure with Atlantic Records, with a seven-disc collection that brings together Foreigner's first seven studio albums, as well as a number of bonus tracks.

Presented in a clamshell box, the collection retraces the group's history at Atlantic Records between 1977 and 1991 and features 80 tracks, including nine Top 10 hits. The set includes: Foreigner (1977), Double Vision (1978), Head Games (1979), 4 (1981), Agent Provocateur (1984), Inside Information (1987) and Unusual Heat (1991).

Beyond the studio albums, THE COMPLETE ATLANTIC STUDIO ALBUMS 1977-1991 also features every bonus track from the 2002 deluxe editions of the band's first four albums. Among the many standouts are the demo of "Feels Like The First Time," a live version of "Hot Blooded," and a "nearly unplugged" version of "Waiting For A Girl Like You."

Got this today and I too like the gatefold on Inside Information. That album came out when I was 17 and just got VH1. Loved all the videos from that album.

Thanks for this! I wanted to see what a clamshell box was and you showed it perfectly. I have a custom CD rack that I built and thousands of CDs. Well, I am at critical mass with all the clunky jewelcases and now I am filling holes with complete collections as this seems to be the least expensive way to do so. I dig the sleeves as they seem to be nice reproductions of the original LP sleeves which is reminiscent of Japanese mini-LPs which I am also obsessed with.

I believe Inside Information was their only album with a gatefold and I am impressed that Rhino faithfully reproduced it!

I pretty much have all the complete collections that are out there currently with the exception of U2 and Bruce Springsteen box set 2 which are both price prohibitive. I love 'em and will continue to grab them as long as they are being produced. I currently have this and the Cheap Trick sets in transit and this was an excellent preview of what to expect.

I like the mini jackets, myself. The first thing you could do is copy the AIFFs to you computer and add them to your iTunes library... then you might not play the discs much anyway!! But then, I am speaking as a person who no longer has a working CD player. However I like the convenience of iTunes playlists.
