You get 3 achievements hurting yourself while rewinding time. The pillar one is easier to do trying to return to where you arrived in Amorpheus as the time reverse will undo itself after a couple of seconds.

The other 2 are:
- Get crushed by a falling bridge (it helps that you can destroy the bridge you just rebuilt, the target point is under it)

- Get crushed by a stone ball (very easy, stand near it and reverse time)
