We are a few days away from one year of the most horrific Gen-ocide ww ever lived. With the starvation & the leak of all the nutrients we need to survive too. I made a recipe Sayadia using Tuna & what l able to secure of spices.

Sautéed mashed garlic with lomi, hot pepper (chili peppers) cloves & bay leaves.

With a spoonful of tomato paste/sauce •
Spices are so difficult to find so we used what we can get our hands on (cumin, fish seasoning, paprika, black pepper, turmeric & salt.

I sauted the rice with the spices for a few mins then slowly I added the hot water, then left it to boil, after boiling & the liquid is absorbing a better but the rice not fully cooked I added the tuna to the rice & gently mixed it. Then let it cook slowest till all the liquid is gone & fully cooked
The put it on the side for a bet. Using a flat pan we flipped out the Sayadia (rice & tuna) next to it we made the Daqga (hot peppers, basil & lemon)
