I love twerking and shuffling! It's been 3years on and off that I've been practicing to get the rhythm of it. Shuffling for even 10 minutes can take your breath away! It takes time to build the stamina for keep going lightly on your foot non stop! Whereas twerking you have to slowly relax the movements of your legs and hips for a flawless bounce. In both the styles you shift your strength and flow of energy to your legs keep your upper body relaxed!
