One more pros for Richmond, vegetable price a bit lower than city of Vancouver, especially in public market. (Near Brigthouse SkyTrain) Even Pricesmart can be cheaper than in save on (both in same parent company)

Add one more cons to Richmond, some shops are just cash only, withdraw some cash in ATM before shop in Richmond 😅

Pro: walking and biking trails. Very active community. Con: can't get Italian or Greek food. Only available at the food court.

You forgot to mention that there are a lot of rainy days in Vancouver because you did your video on sunny days but look at the clouds…. It is very gloomy with the rain and that’s why vitamin D 3 is recommended to be taken October to May and weather is rather chilly in the winter months … best time to visit Vancouver is June to August because after Labor Day in September the weather gets colder and then the majority of the time it’s always raining… and further more it’s very expensive to live in Vancouver Lower Mainland…that is the most important point you left out…I’m not trying to sound negative but it’s the truth…good luck in your career
