I'm testing out the YarnArt Jeans for a new amigurumi design! This is the first time I've used this yarn and I have high hopes!

Love me some YarnArt Jeans! It's the best for Amigurumi imho. Altho it IS really small. I've been following my own rule with yarn & hook size bc I'm such a tight crocheter. I use a hook size same size as the yarn.... so if it's size 3, I use a 3mm hook... sometimes I'll use 3.5mm or maybe a 4mm with the MC because it is so tight. I was taught with Amigurumi, you go down 1-2 hook sizes so the stitches are tight. Also yarn under makes them tighter too but no doubt you already knew all this ❤❤❤

For Yarnart Jeans I use 2.20 or 2.25 mm hooks but I’m crocheting tight. If you crochet looser then 2.00mm it’s probably ok, but don’t go lower than that. I like that yarn a lot for amigurumi.

You can find a lot of this yarn in Turkey. I've used it a few times too. The texture is very nice because it is thin. The only bad thing for me is that it stretches a little and if you fill it too much or after a little play in a child's hand, holes start to appear. (2mm crochet is fine) Good luck :)

Oh my, that is my apsolute favorite yarn, hope u like it😁 there is also a very similar but slightly thicker yarn, i think it's called denim by nako, if you like this one i think you'll also like the thicker one
