As far as I know, it's not on any blooper reel anywhere. We never even got any Hunger Games blooper reels which is a tragedy in itself. Fingers crossed for any 10 year anniversary editions, hah! Also, Jena is so pretty.

This isn’t funny… that’s horrible what they did to her. I’m a producer, and nudity requires an intimacy coordinator and a ton of rules on closing a set… this is appalling and someone should be held responsible. It doesn’t matter if Malone was ok with it, which even if she wasn’t, we would probably never know. An actress could have easily not been ok with it, and the studio would be screwed and an actress hurt.
