Fans have been asking (and not politely) for a Wolverine PS5 trailer, and according to Jeff Grubb, we might be getting our first Marvel’s Wolverine gameplay reveal during the PlayStation Showcase 2025 or an upcoming PlayStation State of Play. Will Sony finally give us that Wolverine PlayStation exclusive moment we’ve been waiting for?

Meanwhile, Insomniac isn’t slowing down. After recovering from a massive cyber attack and the retirement of founder Ted Price, the studio is still pushing out content. A brand-new Spider-Man 2 patch just dropped on PC, improving stability and adding new features that modders are already going wild with. The Spider-Man 2 PC update, courtesy of Nixxes, had a rocky start, but things are shaping up. Console fans can rest easy—Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is getting the love it deserves.

The Insomniac fanbase has proven themselves to be the next Star Wars fanbase just over the course of the two years since Spider-Man 2’s release, and during the Silver Lining DLC release (we didn’t forget the dogshit behaviour that got the Raimi Suit added to the game). Yes, the game wasn’t the masterpiece we expected, but y’all acting like it is the worst thing ever made. And the complete disrespect for the team that got their private information leaked online is straight up disgusting. As a geek myself, this fandom needs to grow up and learn the distinction between criticism and hatred.
