I had a game very similar to this scenario. It was about 15 minutes in, and at that point, the score was 9-22. When my team threw out the surrender vote at 20 minutes, Swain and I (I assume it was Swain because he was destroying everyone) said no. 10 minutes later, me and Swain managed to 2v5 and Ace the enemy, allowing us to take Baron. Afterwards, we pushed in the game and 10 minutes later finished it with the final score being 47-43. WP all.
