how much does it weigh? With 6 bags of concrete at 50 pounds each, that will make it heavy at 300 pounds.

Would a thin waterproof tape prevent the seem you ended up with?

It didn't cracked after 3 or 4 weeks?
cause you need to water spary it for 3\4 days for the concret to get stronger

I'm a 61 year old lady who diesn't know a hammer from a wrench but I am just looking at the cheap plywood my builder used to build my lower cabinets and I do imagine these concrete counters are quite heavy so I also imagine I had better reinforce the lower cabinets before putting that kind of counter on top of it. Just my thoughts on that.
