Can someone explain how to strum if you have a open low E string and some fingering on like the lower 2 strings? i am new

The fact that you add chords AND the tab is amazing. That chord diagram is the only way I’m able to learn, because with the TAB alone, I really don’t know where to put my fingers.. where can I get tabs with actual chord shape and fingerings?? Or better yet— how do i read tabs without them?
