One of the many "Challenge" workouts I use to gauge where my fitness level, or work capacity is.
A good time to aim for is anything under 15 minutes. Where you want to be is in a position where you can knock out every rep on each exercise without resting. The burpees become a real battle. You'll want to stop, but pacing is the key. Enjoy!!!
