I feel like the comparison is misleading. Yes you do get more wattage per volume with the Nano II, but the Apple charger you used to compare it to is 140W. 140W vs. 65W is not a fair comparison…

Comparing them is different, one is only for charging a laptop and one is for charging multiple devices

this 65W anker can charges my razer blade 14 in less than 90 min while normal use.
t fhe charger works well for CPU intensive apps, but not GPU intensive in razer laptops.
