As an Afro-Latina from (Panama) this is so accurate. When Caribbean/Latin/West Indian families cook, we use huge pots because we have such large families/friends/neighbors. Unlike america...we cook for *EVERYBODY* within the nearest 20 mile radius!!!...LOL!! In our culture food equates to Mucho Amor. My mother always told me growing up: "When you cook, always make sure you cook enough food in case somebody drops by...so they can have a hot meal to eat." Please keep making videos like this showing the many diverse cultures that make America great!!!
