Dalton has statistically gotten better all four years of his career, he's the only the second quarterback in NFL history to take his team before straight playoffs, not to mention the Bengals have the best runningback combination of the fell and one of the best wide receiver combinations in the NFL plus one of the best lines in the NFL, plus amazing D line secondary and linebacking core

I've been a huge Bengals fan for years and I'm one of the few who like Dalton at QB. He's gotten better over the years and has also made 2 pro bowls in 4 years. Yes I know how he's done in the playoffs before, but it's going to change. He played fine in last year's playoff game but had no help. Injuries destroyed our chances last year. In our playoff game we were without A.J, Marvin Jones, and James Wright at WR. We also were missing our 2 TEs. Both Gresham and Eifert. Along with defense we were without Burfict who led the NFL in tackles in 2013. We also were without Leon Hall our best CB and not to add George Illoka one of the best if not the best safeties against the pass. Apparently that's all Dalton's fault. I thought last year was the year but if we stay healthy this year, watch out.

Lets recap the 2015-2016 season.We have a quarter back that is doing pretty well, Andy Dalton. our backup who started 4 times this season, aj mccaron (who is actually decent). our runningbacks, jeremy hill and Giovanni Bernard had good seasons and need more recognition. ok so we have an amazing receiver, aj green and other decent receivers. we have one of the best TEs in the league, Tyler Eifert. We own some great corners such as Leon hall and Adam Jones. Our safeties are doing well with George iloka, Reggie Nelson (who might be traded, not sure), Shiloh keo and Shawn Williams. We have a great d-line including Carlos Dunlap, Geno Atkins, Devon still, and Wallace gilberry. Our linebacking core is stacked with Vontaze Burfict, Rey maulaga and aj hawk. Our special teams could use a little work with our punter and kick returner, but whatever. Unfortunately we lost One of our best receivers Mohammed Sanu. We also lost to the Steelers in round 1 of the playoffs because of some bad behavior and injuries to some of our players, such as Andy Dalton. We had a great 12-4 regular season though, and our receivers got some great receptions in the end zone. Eifert had 13 TDs and green had 10(I think). Anyway, we need to step up our game when it comes to the playoffs. WHO DEY!

They need to stay healthy.  If they stay healthy and if Atkins is back to form like everyone is saying, they have as good a shot as anyone.
