Most game trailers just show the player character being cool and slaying mooks and some random boss, then all the footage of the player character shown in this trailer show him getting the shit wrecked out of him, and sitting all alone, probably regretting all his decision in life. And then more monsters killing each other as the cherry on top.
10/10 advertisement.

@BestofLuc :029 is the hydra in darkroot basin, 0:37 is just someone resting at firelink, 0:23 seconds is unknown and may be something we haven't discovered yet, but, judging from the lighting, it looks like Sen's Fortress.

@CallumDark thats actually a Gold-Hemmed Black Hood that you can get from the hell like place after fighting Quelaag. As for the armor, that is the normal thief set.

@amistwo I believe that is the Dark Sword, gotten by going to kill the Four Kings with the Lordvessel, and joining the Dark Wraiths covenant by talking to Kaathe, who spawns there right next to the Bonfire in the Abyss. You must then offer 30 humanity to get the +2 rank in the covenant to get that, and the Darkwraith armour. However, Kaathe will not spawn if you have already used the Lordvessel with Frampt.

@Jackex I am talking about the scene right before the Nito scene. Where the character is down on 1 knee standing up... like he is recovering from a fall. That scene never made it into the final game, and it's the only scene that you never see in the actual game from ANY of the trailers. What is weird though, is this trailer is the newest trailer... it's weird that something that was cut from the game would be in the FINAL trailer, but not the earlier ones.

@DoomDragoon473 Armour at 0:49: in the Smough and Ornstein battle, kill Smough first, then super-sized Ornstein. His armour will be available to buy from a merchant under the bridge that leads to the Undead Burg. You have to jump a little gap and navigate a narrow ledge. If you kill Ornstein first, you can buy Smough's push-up bra armour.

This trailer is probably why I bought the game. I haven't played it in a few weeks, but watching this again makes me want to. Seriously, give a raise to whoever masterminded this and the Bartholomew trailer.
