BMW iDrive is the system used in all modern BMWs. It's helpful on journeys and is one of the best systems out there because it's packed with features and is easy to use.

It covers a wide range of uses, including:
• Navigation
• Weather updates
• Handsfree phone calls and messaging
• Voice commands
• Changing car settings
• Reversing camera view
• Android Auto
• Apple CarPlay

You have a choice of navigation apps to suit you. Whether it's the built in navigation, Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze. Apps installed on your phone (such as WhatsApp, Spotify, Amazon music, YouTube music or your preferred podcast service) that are compatible with Android/Apple CarPlay, will be available on the central screen.

You can navigate iDrive using a variety of inputs:
• Physical rotary dial
• Voice command
• Touch screen

As good as iDrive is, I think it'll be used to skip straight to Apple Car play/Android Auto. Bit like how internet explorer/edge is used to install Chrome 🤣
