This small video explains the working of String isdigit() Method with a running Python program. The isdigit method ensures that the data entered by the user is a digit only. Before applying arithmetic operations on any data, to avoide run time errors, it is a good idea to confirm that the data entered is a numeric and comprises of digits only. This tutorial is made by me ( #bintuharwani) to understand #isdigit method and how it is used in #validation created to help #pythonforbeginners to learn programming in #python3. isdigit() can be applied to any variable prefixed by a period (.) and it returns Boolean True if the variable contains digits only else the method returns False.
