Check out my entire set of videos from Mongolia. I had an awesome 13 day trek there, flew my drone and got to retrace the steps of Chinggis Khan. Enjoy!

In North America and Western Europe, Mongolia is less well known than South Korea, but at night in Mongolia, where there is less light pollution, the Milky Way and dinosaur fossils are worth more than the war sites in China's Qinhuangdao and Vietnam.

I am an American but my parents are non-Americans and that is because I was born in the United States. And believe me that the prices of the stuff that I usually find in the grocery store even in my parent's country and most if not nearly all of the countries that I've visited are much higher than the prices of the items that I saw in this video. Thanks for sharing and uploading man!

I’m from Mongolia and I’ve been there last year and life is hard being vegan there lol- The most common foods have heavy meat in them.

Only thing cheap here is Meat. If you visit some bigger markets like a Emart or a Nomin you will get it even more cheaper here. Utility water, electric, heat are cheap too.

I haven't lived there for more than a decade, but fruit and vegetables are *very* expensive in comparison to what I pay in Canada. Based on a quick Google search, that disparity in cost has only grown. I seem to recall paying the equivalent of $12 CAD for a medium head of broccoli.
