I was gave tool lap top. It didn’t work for four months. Four month no leadership. But was told it was very important to have due to audits But never tried for four months to call I T. Only after four month and me asking a new person n higher leadership did I get it fixed THIS PLACE WAS THE RACIST PLACE I EVER WORKED FOR IT TO BE BLACKED OWNED

Then after all those racist situation I had think my way through I was still fired one week my time card didn’t work they sent me home hours later it was a mistake. Come back. Now this week I’m fired 😒 over proformance I have a 6 month old child this place is a major racist hub ran by people pretending some culture they speak of u have to get accustomed to. I had no idea the culture of racism was sumn I should get use to

Funny I worked there and your white employees have told me they never meet black person till he went to the army I was told I like u your one of the smart black guys the level of racism at yur black owned company with all these white peoples n leadership is a joke I was fired today. Why. The white leadership said job proformance but I was getting evaluation 2 months after the date due so how was I fairly judged. For u to black owned. Major let down mentality tore at me for over 160 days until I was fired for standing up for my self

For u to be black owned a lot of racist things being said n yur 107 building U hire people that don’t even want to train new employees
