Same! :D I’m in fifth grade and this is one of the things I truly enjoy. We actually started a writing club and it’s all like “THEYRE NOT MENTALLY ILL THEYRE JUST WRITERS.” It’s so fun to share our thoughts and feeling through poems but it’s depressing that our writing teacher from 4th grade had to end it :( (don’t mind me I just wanted to share a poem)

The tree outside my window

I wonder what it does

I wonder what it thinks

It doesn’t do that much

It just stands there in the breeze

Waiting to perish by an ax

And turn into something replaceable

Why would I even ask?

It has no thoughts to think

It has no sights to see

Who knew the most relatable object was just a simple tree?
(Don’t make fun of me 💀)

I have so many ideas and stories that I just keep accumulating unfinished documents, and the story that I really want to write is super complicated and needs to be planned carefully, so I just get stuck between planning new stories and daydreaming about my big project. :, )
