Deacon Fournier, Lovely video, heartfelt presentation. However, did it escape your notice that you're discussing a Saint whom we equate with simplicity and material poverty (so as to focus on spiritual riches), and you're doing so from an inordinately opulent library that oozes wealth and materialism?

Interestingly enough, the church that Pope Innocent III saw Saint Francis holding up in his dream in the early 1200s was actually not Saint Peter's. It was the Basilica of Saint John Lateran, the Cathedral of the Diocese of Rome. A statue of Saint Francis -- where he is holding up this particular church when viewed from the right angle -- can be seen just outside the basilica in Rome.
