This episode on Law and Gospel was pure gold. Brother Chris, thank you for faithfully bringing clarity where there is so often confusion. You helped draw the line where Scripture draws it, between the Law that shows us our need, and the Gospel that gives us Christ. This distinction isn’t just theological, it’s pastoral, it’s practical, and it’s absolutely essential for the health of the church. You reminded us that the Law cannot give life, but it drives us to the One who does. That the Gospel is not advice, but news, good news of what Christ has done for sinners like us. It’s this kind of preaching that lifts burdens, renews hope, and strengthens weary saints.

I’m deeply encouraged and grateful for your ministry. Keep preaching Christ. You’re helping shepherd many of us through the noise with gospel clarity.

Around the 20:00 minute mark, you guys began talking about the miracle of professing covenant youth. This was something I came to appreciate in Seminary. I have a "conversion story, " but I wholeheartedly agree that the bigger miracle (IMO) is the covenant youth who doesn't need to hit the pit of the pig sty before coming to an awareness of their sin and misery. Amen, brothers!

I want to be baptized in the river. But no one seems to do it the old fashioned way, John the Baptist way. I guess since there is no electricity or Internet, they wouldn't be able to stream it online...
