Enlarge the video to fullscreen.
Make it HD.
Press the Prt Scr (print screen) button on your keyboard.
After, start up paint. (you can search for this in the start menu[bottom left corner])
Once you open paint press "control + v"
It should paste the picture that was last screen capped into paint.
Save and enjoy whatever pic you want from any video. :D
