People need to STOP universally suggesting the 0128 and 0163 for this. It ONLY works if you have a ten-key keyboard. This tip DOES NOT WORK if you have a smaller laptop with no ten-key! It would be nice if people mentioned this and suggested an alternative for the rest of us. Where is the online tip for non-numeric entry to get the currency symbols? It doesn't exist. Here it is for pre-Windows 11: Hit the Windows key and the period key, then click the symbols option (third from left at the top) - the £ symbol is in the third row (first character), the € symbol is in the 6th row (first character). If on Windows 11, hit the Windows key and period key at the same time, then click the symbols icon, which should be the fifth from the left in the top row. Then select "Currency Symbols" (third from left in the top row). $, €, and £ are in the first column and you can find every other currency symbol in the table there, as well.

I have LG gram laptop, no euro symbol or short cut. So I used this method, it worked. Now I need to know if I can save this as a short cut. Any one?
