Very cool! You need to balance the rocket a little better and it will go farther even, just find where the CG is on the rocket (centre or gravity) and add a bit of weight to the front or the back.

For my bottle rocket, I use a 2 litre 'pop' bottle, part-filled with water, and pressurised with air using a big bike tyre inflator pump. I have a home-made launcher, which retains the bottle until the release line is pulled. With 4 bar of pressure, the bottle rocket will easily fly the length of a football field.
There's no need to mess around with combustible fuels, and I do STEM activities at events where the kids make their own rockets.

Eis algumas dicas: 1) O tamanho do furo na tampinha está bom. 2) O volume da garrafa é o problema. Recipientes de 2 litros são melhores. Darão mais potência, pois terão mais reagentes (álcool e oxigênio) 3) a ponta do foguete deve ser mais pesada para deslocar o centro de massa para frente. Isso vai direcionar o foguete em linha reta. Não pode ser muito pesada, pois levaria o foguete para baixo. IMPORTANTE é o tamanho do recipiente. Finalmente, parabéns. Ótimo trabalho

i say you should have used a Pepsi or cola can and cover the open end with some metal sheet and then drill a hole at the bottom it would have had more thrust and gone more far

You'd get better results if one fin is upwards when you fire, and the head needs to be heavier
