I am happy with my Bauer impact. I recently upgraded to a high torque Bauer and gave my son the 1st Gen Bauer for him to use. I'm not a pro mechanic. I do most of mine own vehicle maintenance ar home unless it's something that needs a lift and so forth. Thanks for videos. Keep them coming.

From the Torque Test Channel: Bauer High Torque - working torque 394, max torque 588, best case scenario 625. Hercules Ultra - working torque 559, max torque 725, best case scenario 812. For most of us the Bauer is more than enough. For the price it's hard to beat, it was $89 tool only recently. Paid around $140 for the kit with the recent 15% off coupon. I don't recall them testing with bigger than 5 AH batteries though. Bigger batteries don't always mean much more beans, depends on cell quality and a few other caveats. Also a side note you might be interested in: the Bauer 5AH battery I got recently was rated at 90 watt hours vs the old one at 93. Still within spec but noteworthy that they may be cheaping out on the cell quality to save a buck. Keep up the good work, I'll be watching your channel from here on!

I have many Hercules tools so far I haven’t had any big problems with any of them. I plan on getting the ultra torque eventually right now. I just don’t have the need for it. Thanks for the video.
