Orba 2 and MPC One Test Jam (No Talking)

Today I wanted to give the Orba 2 and MPC a very simple test together, to see how "plug and play" they are together. Turns out, they are VERY plug and play, as the basic triggering functions of the Orba 2 worked perfectly after simply plugging it into the MPC One via USB. I'm excited to dig into some of the modulation options the Orba gives us, and using those to control various pieces of gear! Enjoy the video :)

At about 4 minutes you are somehow playing the exact thing I heard on the radio in the Matrix while I was riding shotgun in my girlfriend’s low rider hovercraft. We had just entered the Forbidden City and were scoping for a place to recharge and reload. I was rolling a blunt of 58% THC high CBD Mars-grown weed, DMT and Cheetos dust. She swerved to miss a Grot and I dropped half off my little project. Cursing softly into my mouthpiece I absent mindedly spun the radio dial. That very jam you played came through the system. Viola-Re, removing her flat black visor, cranked it and conjured a crowd of 90s hip-hop kids spinning brodies in classic Camaros. Surrounding them were more kids, waving glow-sticks. Her sense of humor is off-kilter. Half the time I don’t grok her references. I gathered my supplies and finished the blunt, then sparked it up. Once I had it going nicely I exhaled and passed it to the left. “You know I don’t smoke that shit.” she glared, not taking her eyes off the road. “That’s what you said last time, shortly before you smoked most of my stash.” “Bite me. Here.” She reached over and plucked the thing from my hand and took a nice, big hit. Then she cracked the window to toss the rest of the blunt. I knew she was toying with me, but I voiced mock protest, knowing she wouldn’t waste it like that. She pursed her lips and flicked my blunt onto the wet pavement. “You bitch!” I yelped. She elbowed me, then hit the passenger ejection seat button, imaginary though it was. She pulled into Musk station, choosing the full-service lane. No dammed way we were going to exit the vehicle for anything. Cracking the window for a second was one thing; breathing this shit air, though- no way. We were low on O2 besides. We needed to make our way to the green zone quickly and not play grab-ass out here in the ick.

So anyway, you are famous in other realms. Just thought you’d like to know.
