Thank you! It's April 2024 and it still works just as easy as shown here. I was getting mad because I could apply it to my home screen from the App store, which is where I was told it could be recovered.

Is there a way to automatically remove all the home screen apps? I changed my settings to no longer add new apps to the home screen, then I manually removed a ton of apps from home screen, then reset the home screen to alphabetize and condense the pages, but the stupid thing added ALL of the apps back to the home screen anyway. Completely useless software.

I hate this feature so much. If it gets removed from the Home Screen and you don’t know which one was removed it’s impossible to find. My son hide a bunch now I can’t find them
