I am very disappointed that no instructions on how to use this other that a printed sheet about air fryer. A basic how to use would be very helpful. How do you preheat? How do you set the time for something to cook? I am tempted to return it.

Can you please demonstrate how to use all the features? The online manual is not clear. At all. This is a brand new type of product and it seems like most of us are afraid to even try the other features because the instructions are unclear. Is it supposed to spin while air frying and on convection? That makes me nervous it's just microwaving the metal. Another link to the manual is not helpful.

Why does this not come with any instructions?. Just one little sheet of paper, super basic, no guidance? And it came with a tall rack and says you must use when air frying, ok sounds good. But I also came with a low rack and absolutely no reference as to what this one is for???? Anyone know? It has orange rubber feet in it, do those stay on and what do I use this rack for?

Why couldn't you just do a video of using the different functions of the oven?? What good did this video do? I do preheat of my oven and when it says it's ready, it IS NOT up to temp! Maybe a faulty oven - might have to return!

I just got mine. The instructions to use this is terrible. Nothing on the broil option, not much on air fry mode. There is a pdf file to download and it has more about the microwave than the two instructions sheets in the box. So disappointing on their end…

I liked it for the price at the pre Black Friday sale at Best Buy for $180. Why but a regular microwave when you can get broiling, baking airfying and microwave in one? I didn't expect a glossy recipe book but at least do better for the instructions. I understand it's probably more cost effective to have the consumer print out that information but a few more paragraphs would've been nice. The control panel would be much more functional if you could see it. It works like it is supposed to and I'm sure after more use I'll enjoy it more.

I thought you should never use metal when microwaving- This says to use it on combo mode-is that a problem?

ONE MORE COMMENT- JUST TRIED IT FOR PIZZA- what settings do i USE TO GET A CRISPY CRUST. The pizza setting is not crusty at all. TY

Just bought one today, and same thing as everyone else -- there are no instructions that actually work for the air fryer. If there's a link to something recent, I'd love to see it so we could cook our dinner 🤣

I have never had such a hard time with a Microwave. I press reheat and select the serving size press start and it flashes FOOD! I spend over 30 minutes trying to reheat something. I should have kept my old microwave. I will give this away with warning.

Would someone please post a picture of the legs/feet on the GE 4-in-1 microwave (JES1109RRSS) or a picture of the underside from it? I believe there's something not quite right about my new microwave. The right side seems to be sitting directly on the counter, like it has no leg or foot on that side. Thank you in advance.

Hello, Can I put this inside a hanging cabinet in my kitchen and integrate it there? Is it too heavy? I don’t want to put this above the countertop but inside a cabinet

Te what use and care manual are you referring to in all these comments?? Mine came with a basic microwave manual that is 4 pages only, and a 1 sided air fry guide, if you can call it that.
