Parents must seperate teachers, support staff, and school management. My wife is an EA and works her A$$ off for her 32k a year (at max pay mind you) and loves working with kids while some teachers can (not all are) be a waste of time and space, not caring about kids or even their own job.

School Boards - should review how they pay the teachers and staffs. Bus schedules are waste a lot of money.
