Fr. Robert H. Peguero was a Franciscan priest. Multiple survivors have come forward alleging child sexual abuse by Fr. Peguero in 1987 when he worked at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Santa Paula. In 2014, it is believed Fr. Peguero was living in Zapotlanejo, Mexico. Fr. Peguero’s status as a priest, his current whereabouts, and whether he has access to children are unknown.
