I bought a whole set 2 urs ago, it was damage along with the flavors and the hydro piece. I was so disappointed, even when they gave me a replacement it still leaks. I wanted to try again but I do not know I do not want to. Summer is coming too...

1. The flavor cartridge relies heavily on the ability of the dial working properly.
2. After a few uses, the dial slowly wears down and you find yourself unable to control the flavor past the middle. It all comes out in the same amount of flavor or nothing at all. Ive bought multiple vessels/lids and they all do this after a week or 2 of prolonged use. Only hand washing once a week. PLEASE. Fix your dials.
