Badam Puri
It is lovable by everyone there is no age groupto eat this from kids to oldage group.
you may find little difficult to prepare but when you check my video you will learn to prepare easily.
Its not too heavy sweet like holige /paysam its very lighter the recipe is here please check it out.
To make dough
maida- 1cup
chirotti rava-1/2 cup
ghee-3 tbsp
and water to make dough
Sugar syrup
sugar-1.5 cup
Water-1 cup
elacihi powder alittle
not too thick\ thin
consistency should be medium
to get this consistency cook in medium flame for 10 min
frying
make a raund ball from the dough you may find little rough to make the ball as the dough is little hard
to get smooth ball you need to knead the dough for 5 min then make a small ball. roll into circle and wrap into triangle
as shown in video fry these triangle layered puris till it gets golden brown.Make sure the oil in low heat and deep fry.
Next step is soaking fried puris in sugar syrup for 3 min.
now our Badam Puri is ready decorate with almonds, pista powder along with dry grated coconut powder.Badam Puri
