I love Kraków. I love the vibe, the fact people are friendly and will talk to you. The food and beer are wonderful, so tasty and of course the architecture and art. When i return I need to spend sometime outside the old town

I live in Croatia and I sometimes think about moving to Krakow. People are more open and friendly in krakow but in Split people are very cold to foreigners.

2:25 Yes, Kraków has legal regulations prohibiting the construction of tall buildings in the city center. This is intended to protect the landscape of the historical part of the city.

Yup, there is a height ban in most of city center 😊
I need to really applaud you: you were able and willing to actually understand us! Not many people bother to do it, and even less do it so successfully!

Such a big change, compared to how you were intimidated by the weather right after arriving in Krakow!

In general, we in whole Poland always treated Asian people with respect because we consider them as very hard-working, peaceful and humble. And ofc we love Asian cusine.

There is definitely some kind of city ordinance. If you're looking for more modern, business buildings, you have to go a bit outside the city center. Generally, however, they are relatively low so as not to disturb the rest of the architecture. But we have a few "towers", mainly at roundabouts - like K1 ("Blue") at Grzegórzeckie Roundabout, or Unity Tower ("Skeletor") at Mogilskie Roundabout.

I've heard that there are plans to build a new district with skyscrapers.

I know you are a pianist but you have such a nice bass voice with a rich and warm colour that every time I listen to you I want to ask: have you ever been singing?

I decided Ill go to Japan first. Studied the language for many years and it was easy for me to pick up again.

Poland is still a very close tie for me because of everything mentioned here. Plus, English seems to be more common there as opposed to Japan. In fact, Id argue there are more pros for Poland over Japan.

There are 3 important rules for life in Krakow:
1. Don't say you love Warsaw
2. Don't call a obwarzanek (bagel) a pretzel
3. Check the air quality

As for the real estate prices in Cracow they have gone crazy already. They are probably on par with Warsaw.

Thanks for the video Wes! Would it be possible to do a video on Asian restaurant in Krk and do you go to any Asian supermarket? - The only one I know-I think is a chain store- the oriental supermarket inside Galeria Krakowska, opposite Carefour (downstairs). Their eel is really good!

I love living by the sea in Croatia, i worked very hard getting good in Croatian. I think i get along better with Croatians better than most foreigners. But dating in Croatia sucks. In Poland it is more open and social.

Most important quote: "Krakow is a great place to live, especial if you earn in different currency" ;) It's hard to disagree with this argument ;) I said that as local ;)
