What’s the point of the transfer switch if it’s an islanding inverter? It knows when the grid is down and will switch to battery backup without it. Am I wrong?

Why do you need a transfer? Doesn't the inververter choose between sources?

I’m an actual PWR Cell system has been junk, never runs more than six months without failure. Has failed multiple times during power cuts. It has safety issues with the snap RS fiasco and now my system is down as often as up and Generac only gives me a run around. MY SYSTEM IS ONLY THREE YEARS OLD. This is why Generac has four class action lawsuits pending.

How do you remove the front cover of the battery? It looks like you just lift up and boom it unhooks. Mine doesn’t seem to want to do that. The Manuel says there are two screws in the bottom front holes. But I don’t think there are. Any idea?

Umm, these battery units MUST be installed in a fire proof room and must be installed agaisnt a 2 hour fire wall or equivlant. This is an unsafe install and should be pulled off YouTube.

Your explanation is poor. I have no idea what a "unit" is. You speak in circles and tell very little to those of us who are not already in the game. You should really redo this presentation to help your business.
