Designing & structuring what to practice is as important as practicing it 🎸

Sometimes I'll extract little clips from the five years of weekly lessons that I've been posting on YouTube. Here's one from those archives: This is just a little clip from one of my old lessons about making sure to spend time designing what you're going to practice. You wouldn't normally go on a trip without knowing where you're trying to get to right? Same with our practice efforts. The prep time of designing our exercises and goals can make a huge difference.
