Logo on top is babel switching to rhodes island's logo.
In the ruler you can see most likely crucial dates. 858 and 1094. 858 Probably date when Kazdel fell under union's forced led by Kaltsit and 1094 is when Theresa died and babel collapsed turning into Rhodes Island. This is just my personal theory i dont read spoilers.
