I have a question... Why we need to give more money to Bihar?.. Anyways those money are not going to help normal folks... 13 bridges collapsed in 3 weeks or so... Who's money was that? Bihar govt needs to prove that they are making good quality infra then only we don't have any issue to develop the state..

1. Multiple expressways constructed in North with a promise to construct in South later but ignored now
2. Bullet train project between Mumbai and Delhi given priority with a promise to build between Bangalore and Chennai later but ignored now.
3. Multiple metro projects funded earlier for tier1 and tier2 cities with funds for southern cities of Chennai phase 2, coimbatore etc ignored
4. Eastern and Western Freight corridors constructed with a promise of constructing southern corridors later but ignored.

Why should South pay tax?

During election, Congress manifesto apprenticeship program was criticized as to where will they get funding. But when the same program announced in this budget by BJP, same voices are overturning to appreciate it's a wonderful scheme with no questions on funding. Irony!

Out of 240 BJP MPs, Karnataka gave 17 -- where as 12 MP from JDU could get 1 lakh crore allocation -- That means to say Regional Parties need to bs supported more than National Party -- BJP is taking KARNATAKA + MAHARASTRA+ MADYA PRADESH for granted .. Voters will teach BJP a lesson in coming assembly election .. BIHAR state if close to BAY OF BENGAL and that Rs 1 lakh crore will certainly will go to the Sea just like how 13 bridges collapsed within 2 weeks .

projects in Bengaluru funded fully/partially by center are - metro, suburban railway, peripheral expressway, Pune, Chennai and Hyd express way, blr Chennai high speed corridor . Blr Chennai industrial corridor, Sattelite town right road and Many more . No other city except maybe Mumbai has so much going on.

Andhra Pradesh is now a north state. Karnataka is the only pure breed south state. I am worried about Bihar though. We all know those 26K crores are literally going to be flushed in the river when those bridges collapse.
