The 21st Lexington Lab Band episode pays tribute to Boston, an American rock band that achieved their most notable successes during the 1970s and 1980s. Centered on guitarist, keyboardist, songwriter, and producer Tom Scholz, the band is a staple of classic rock radio playlists selling more than 75 million records worldwide. Their self titled album has sold over 17 million copies alone and resembles a greatest hits package with songs like "More Than A Feeling", "Rock and Roll Band", "Smokin" and "Foreplay/Long Time". For this session we bring back some old friends but also welcome 2 new guests to the Lab. Austin Vitucci lights up the iconic Hammond B3 and Tom Leszega brings that classic Rockman Amp Boston tone on the guitar. This is the best cover of Feelin' Satisfied I've ever seen. It's tough to find a lead singer who can do the song justice, but this guy nails it. It was also a brilliant choice to have three female backup vocalists provide the harmony instead of having to find guitarists, a bass player, and maybe a drummer who can do that. The female vocal tone goes great with this song. The musicians are spot on, and the mix is perfect. Everyone did a great job on a song that's not easy to pull off.

Damn, hard not to appreciate the three beautiful ladies and their incredible contribution on harmony vocals. With a killer bass player, drummer and guitar dudes and lead vocals those girls close the performance with their sweet contribution. Dang, that's something I can listen to repeatedly, you don't get bored, you just ride the magic. So fine, thanks.

This has to be one of the best cover/tribute bands I've ever seen and heard. Awesome duelling guitars, sweet sounding backing vocals. Those girls vocal harmonies really hit the spot!! Great musicians all around. I've been in the music industry since the early 80's, and really enjoy their music!

I've lost count of how many times I've watched this vid in the last few weeks - along with a few plays of the original as well. Can't help noticing that the vocalists are all smiling as they sing, and it comes through in the delivery. It's hard not to feel good after hearing this song.

Boston is my favorite all time band and I got chills listening to this...exactly right on in every way.
