Why isn't the app available for other markets in EU? I would like to have more volume for my drink as I have big cups and can't adjust them over 180 ml

Bluetooth that most customers don't have. Even if you target such model, it might have Bluetooth for specific countries only. Just look at the guides. Bluetooth is mentioned only in few languages. Why this is inconsistent, why not available for everyone?

I have the exact same one. It makes really nice lattes and cappuccinos, but every now and then, the drink turns out terrible with no foam. This is really starting to annoy me and am thinking of returning it.

Even after it happens, I do a coffee/milk rinse clean and still the same problem next attempt.

Does anyone know why it's doing this and how to fix it?

I have this box and it was a complete waste of money. Completely inconsistent foam for latte. Sometimes good no foam. Even after a milk clean it still doesnt work well. Half the drinks I make end up thrown down the sink. Very disappointing.
