If there's one thing we can all agree on, it's that Italian men know style—it's in their blood. Gianluca Isaia, the current president and creative director of Isaia, the Naples-based menswear line founded by his grandfather in 1957, lives and breathes it.

"Style is something personal," he says. "I always say you cannot buy style." Of course, you can share style—so we called up a fellow Italian, Gabriele Corcos, to pick his brain about the inner workings of Italian fashion. Corcos, a chef and co-host of the Cooking Channel show Extra Virgin, may spend a lot of time in chef's garb, but it sounds like Isaia's unique mix of contemporary and traditional style, complete with exquisite fabrics and bespoke touches, may now have a lock on his after-hours outfit choices...
